We want you to absolutely love your purchase
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
Non-returnable items
- Sale items
- Intimate wear / swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or made-to-order items
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for a different size or item (subject to stock availability)
- If your desired item is unavailable, you may receive store credit
Refunds
- Refunds are issued as store credit only
- No cash refunds
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable courier (e.g. PUDO locker-to-locker)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it immediately.

Delivery Method
All orders are shipped via PUDO (locker-to-locker delivery) for a convenient and secure experience.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of R80 applies to all orders.
This fee is included at checkout.
Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and locker availability.
How PUDO Works
- You will select your preferred PUDO locker location at checkout
- Once your parcel is delivered, you will receive a PIN code via SMS/email
- Use your PIN to collect your parcel from the locker at your convenience
Important Notes
- Please ensure your contact details are correct to receive your collection PIN
- Parcels not collected within the allowed time may be returned
